How it works…

Our team come to you bringing all the food. Depending on which option you choose sales can go through your own till system as normal and we will invoice you a percentage based on your sales report or we can manage payment and pay you a percentage share of the net sales.

The items we require from you:

– Hot counter (ideally)
– Oven
– Microwave
– Cold counter (or space to put items on ice)
– Fridge space
– Steamer or sous vide (ideally)

We bring with us:

– A fully equipped and trained Burrita team in uniform with a ready-to-roll attitude
– Allergen and nutritional information for our products
– Our own tortilla press
– Risk assessments
– Food health and safety records
– Full public liability insurance
– Marketing (pull up banners, table talkers, smiling faces plus lots more)
